By placing an order, you confirm that:

The recipient of the order is aged 18 or over
We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request proof of age.
We will refuse delivery or collection to anyone unable to provide suitable ID.

Orders are subject to availability
Prices are in GBP and include VAT
Full payment is required at the time of ordering
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

Collection times will be shown at checkout or confirmed by email
Bring order confirmation to collect
Uncollected orders after 7 days may be refunded or disposed of at our discretion.

We currently deliver only within a 15 mile radius from the brewery
If delivery fails due to age verification or no recipient, the order may be returned and refunded minus delivery costs.
Returns & Refunds
As beer is a consumable product, returns are accepted only if:
Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, or
There is a recognised brewing defect
Returns are not available for:
Change of mind
Incorrect order
Taste preference

We may require photographs or the return of goods before replacement/refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
We will offer replacement or refund.
